All our equipment is cherry picked for it is our belief they are the best available, taking technical attributes, quality, durability, reliability in the field and price into consideration.

TRAINING
We have trained vehicle (on and off road) manufacturer’s engineers as well as main agent, body shop, plant, agricultural, commercial vehicle, independent garage and many individuals to achieve their aspirations to work safely and with the best knowledge available.
The help we supplied to the above for setting up in-house or their own successful businesses carrying out vehicle air conditioning service and repair has been instrumental to their success.
Our training and technical support has also helped many companies and individuals who had already been trained and purchased equipment, get fully trained and utilize their equipment.
Course development of training allows us to offer far more course content than any other short course available in the market place today. It allows us to offer one or two certificates from either of the awarding bodies IMI or City & Guilds. We supply a full manual, diagnostic flow chart and check sheet to allow the training time to be spent being trained. Not making notes!
This has been the most instrumental part of our learner’s success as it provides reference and confidence when first starting and working in the field. It also assists in the easy flow from learner to professional.
CITB. Safe Handling of Refrigerant.
This course is a must for personnel working with refrigerants and is recognized as the standard for which personnel in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry aspire.
DOMESTIC & LIGHT COMMERCIAL AIR CONDITIONING INSTALLATION
This year will see the introduction of the above course and will be a hands on course where learners will actually fit an Air Conditioning unit which will be a first in this industry sector.
FACILITIES
The company’s lecturer has 28 years experience in the motor trade covering sales, workshop, parts and reception. When not teaching he continues to work on vehicle air conditioning systems and is very hands on.
ACP Group’s training centre has state of the art technology and the most up to date tools & equipment for learners to use. It includes a test rig that can simulate the faults engineers will encounter out in the field such as blocked expansion valve, blocked filter drier, over condensing, faulty compressor and poor air flow over evaporator.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Due to our unique method of training and our supplying of a vehicle air conditioning service and repair manual, diagnostic flow chart and check sheet our technical support is rarely utilized.
